Leavitt Group recently recognized Vladimir Chemadurov of Risk Services of Louisiana and Risk Services – Leavitt Insurance Agencies in Texas (RSL) with the Bert J. Leavitt Producer of the Year Award in Net Book Growth during its annual conference in Salt Lake City, Utah, honoring his exceptional performance and leadership.
The award recognizes outstanding achievement in net book growth. Chemadurov delivered exceptional new business production while achieving significant net growth and client retention, a result that reflects strong client relationships, strategic focus, and disciplined business development.

Beyond his individual performance, Chemadurov has played an active role in mentoring emerging insurance professionals, helping guide their development and contributing to the growth of the agency. He helped establish RSL University to promote technical knowledge within the agency, strengthen employees’ ability to solve complex problems for clients, and help employees take the next step in their careers. His commitment to supporting others has strengthened his team and helped create opportunities for future success. Under Chemadurov’s mentorship, twelve of RSL’s 20 insurance agents qualified for Leavitt Group’s Circles of Excellence Award in 2026, an honor recognizing agents who achieve designated sales goals.
