About Lauren
I started my insurance career with Risk Services of Louisiana where I obtained my property and casualty license in 2015. I started as an assistant account manager, then was promoted to an account manager, and now I’m an account executive. I’m following in the footsteps of my mom, who is a long-time employee of Risk Services.
I focus on many types of insurance, but some of my niches are medical malpractice (including property and casualty for healthcare facilities), contractors, oil and gas, and fire departments.
I’ve earned my Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation and am working to obtain my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation.
I was born and raised in Bossier City, Louisiana, and graduated from LSU Shreveport with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Before joining Risk Services, I worked in higher education for four years as an assistant director of student activities and recreational sports at LSU Shreveport.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, listening to live music, attending local festivals, traveling, and watching LSU Football.
