Steve Hebert

As a risk consultant, I help construction, distribution, and manufacturing companies throughout Texas navigate the complexities of commercial insurance and risk management. My focus is on identifying opportunities to reduce insurance costs, expanding access to top-rated insurance carriers, and simplifying the decision-making process.

By providing clarity, strategic guidance, and practical solutions, I help business owners minimize the time, frustration, and uncertainty often associated with insurance, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses.

Since 2007, I have worked in the insurance and financial services industry. In 2018, I shifted my primary focus to property and casualty insurance, helping business owners navigate risk, control costs, and protect what they have worked hard to build.

My understanding of the challenges business owners face extends beyond my professional experience. Growing up, my father operated a small electrical contracting business from our home. Those early experiences provided me with a unique perspective on the realities of running a small business, including the hard work, sacrifices, and responsibilities that come with it. This understanding allows me to provide practical, strategic guidance that helps businesses make informed decisions regarding their insurance and risk management programs.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Minnesota State University. I’m also an active member of several industry and trade associations throughout the Houston metro area, allowing me to stay connected to the business community and the evolving needs of the industries I serve.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife and our two children. Whether we're at the beach, relaxing by the pool, or enjoying a day on the water, family time is my top priority. When I have a little personal time, I enjoy golfing and fishing.
