I love being a personal insurance agent and sales leader with Risk Services of Louisiana. I’ve worked in the insurance industry for over 35 years and have spent most of my time in leadership roles, namely as Vice President for other agencies. One of the best parts of my job is the fun I have mentoring new people in the industry!

I work personally with high-net worth clients quite often. Many of the people I help come to me because someone else recommended me—needless to say, I sincerely value and prioritize trust with my clients. I build trust by always keeping an eye out for solutions; genuinely caring for clients; keeping great relationships with insurance companies; and reading entire insurance policies. (I’ve corrected carriers on their interruption of their own coverage and guidelines!)

For me, it’s imperative that I am in “peak form.” Staying in peak form means that I work hard to maintain all my professional designations, including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Insurance Services (AIS), Associate in Insurance (AINS), and ACR.

I grew up in Houston and married my high school sweetheart. We have two daughters—both married—two amazing grandsons, and our furbaby, Bailey, who is a yorkie mix. One of my favorite things to do is sit on the peaceful front porch of our dream farmhouse and watch the deer. I also enjoy working on DIY home projects, decorating, and shopping.
