About Vlad
Originally from Mineralnye Vody, Russia, Vlad graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with an Economics Degree in 1997 and obtained his MBA Degree from Southwest Texas State University in 2001. Vlad started his insurance career in 2005. In January of 2014, Vlad joined Leavitt Group and started a Houston office for RSL (Risk Services of Louisiana and Risk Services - Leavitt Insurance Agencies). Vlad is a co-owner, practice leader, and commercial insurance and employee benefits producer at RSL. His immigrant mentality of not taking anything for granted serves him and his customers well. Vlad is an insurance technician and helps his clients to get to next levels in risk management processes. He is always searching for a better way to serve his customers, help RSL employees succeed, and partner with insurance carriers.
