Cat Featherman

I began my insurance career in 2020, working as a large loss and litigation adjuster for personal auto injury claims. I successfully defended numerous claims through court proceedings and was recognized on several occasions for my negotiation skills.

I later moved to the agency side of claims where I managed a claims advocate team for a large brokerage. My team and I successfully handled claims for nearly 9,000 clients and were able to retain them through our services.

I am extremely well versed in policy verbiage and how coverages could and should apply in a claims scenario. Thinking critically and helping achieve favorable claim outcomes for our clients are what I love most about my job. I’m grateful to be part of the Leavitt Group team and develop a department that will truly benefit our organization.

I grew up in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated in the top 10% of my class from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. In my free time I enjoy golf, weightlifting, Spartan races, and hanging out with family. I also have two fur babies – a goldendoodle and a labrador/pitbull mix.
