About Rachel

I’ve been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. I started working part-time at Lewis Insurance Agency while in high school, then transitioned to full-time when I was in college. In 2014, I became a licensed property and casualty agent in Virginia and Tennessee. In 2023, BTJ Insurance acquired Lewis Insurance Agency and I’m happy to be a part of their team.

I grew up in Bristol, Virginia and graduated from King College with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. My husband and I have two beautiful children and I love spending time with them.
