Leavitt Risk Management is an excellent tool to keep track of certificates of insurance from our suppliers and subcontractors. It efficiently sends me an email alerting me when certs expire. This is an excellent benefit because before this program, I used a spreadsheet to keep track of expirations of which I had to revisit quite often.

Another feature that is valuable is I can attach actual certificates to each subcontractor and supplier’s profile within the program. I can always pull up an electronic copy. Each year I am audited with both general liability and workers compensation. As part of the audit, all certificates need to be up-to-date. With this program, I have passed audits with no expired certificates. Overall, this has promoted Tri-Hurst’s risk management program. Hence, Tri-Hurst is fortunate to have this program.”
