About Hali
I come from a long line of insurance advisors. My grandfather started Simmons Insurance Agency in 1973, and my mother took over for him after he retired. I started working in the insurance office when I was 16 years old, doing cleaning and filing. A few years later I got my insurance license and started working in the office full time.
I always take the time to get to know my clients on a personal level to ensure I am protecting them and their entire family. I worked hard to earn my Agribusiness and Farm Insurance Specialist (AFIS) designation so I can help my clients even more.
I grew up in Pilot Mountain, North Carolina and am a member of the Pilot Mountain BNI and treasurer of Carolina Paint Horse Club.
My husband and I have two boys, and we love to ride SXS’s; we go to West Virginia a lot with our friends to ride. I also have a passion for horses and ride them every day, in addition to showing English and Ranch horses.
