About Hilary
I’ve been a licensed insurance agent since 2005, holding licenses in both property and casualty insurance and life insurance. I spent nearly two decades at the same independent agency, where I spent the majority of my time in personal insurance risk management and worked closely with high-net-worth clients. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong passion for helping people.
One of my favorite parts of this job is educating clients about their coverage. Insurance can be confusing, and many people don’t fully understand the importance of being properly protected. I take pride in explaining things clearly, painting a picture that helps people feel confident in their policies and the protection they provide.
My approach is rooted in listening. I believe asking the right questions is key to understanding both what a client wants and what they truly need. Every individual and family is different, and understanding their differences helps me provide the right guidance and coverage recommendations.

I grew up in Northern Illinois and studied at Rockford University, CPCC here in North Carolina, and The Art Institute of Charlotte. Outside of work, I stay busy supporting my ten-year-old son, who plays on several baseball teams. When I’m not cheering him on from the sidelines, I love trying new foods and restaurants, spending time outdoors, coloring, and relaxing with my son, my dog Champ, and the people I care about most.
A fun fact about me? I make a pretty mean charcuterie board!
