About Blake

Blake Hollman brings over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, where he has developed a strong reputation for delivering client-centered service, strategic risk management, and exceptional leadership. A graduate of the University of Arizona, Blake moved to the state in 2004, fell in love with the desert, and planted deep roots. Originally from a suburb of Fort Worth, TX, Blake met his wife Crystal early in life, and today they are proud parents to two daughters and a son.

Blake specializes in a wide range of Commercial Lines insurance, including Workers’ Compensation, Property & Casualty, Auto Liability, Professional Liability, Disability, and Life Insurance. He also carries a focused passion for helping business owners build and sustain strong risk management cultures. He holds a CRIS (Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist) designation and is committed to continuous learning—both for himself and the teams he leads.

Known for his consultative and educational approach, Blake prioritizes helping clients understand their coverage and make confident, informed decisions. He believes insurance should empower businesses, not confuse them. This mindset has helped him cultivate lasting relationships with both clients and carrier partners, ensuring proactive service and strategic coverage that evolves with each client's goals.

Blake joined the agency in 2020, quickly becoming co-owner in 2021. In 2022, he led the successful merger of Butler-Leavitt Insurance Agency with Leavitt Group of Northern Arizona, expanding the agency’s ability to serve clients throughout all of Northern Arizona and the Phoenix Valley. By 2023, Blake was named Managing Partner of both the Cottonwood and Flagstaff locations, ushering in record-setting growth and client service scores through team development, operational excellence, and unwavering commitment to his community.

When he’s not in the office, Blake enjoys mountain biking across the Southwest, playing a round of golf, or traveling with his family. A natural leader and a family man at heart, Blake brings integrity, humility, and a deep sense of purpose to both his professional and personal life.
