Tommy Roberts

Tommy grew up in Litchfield Park, Arizona, as the oldest of four siblings, and has always valued family and strong community ties. After earning his Business Management degree with double minors in Spanish and Finance from Southern Utah University, he knew he wanted to return home to Arizona to build his career and serve the business community he grew up around. During college, Tommy also met and married his wife, Savannah, who now works as a full-time nurse at Banner Thunderbird Hospital in Glendale. 

He began his journey with the Leavitt Group in 2023 as an intern in the Culture Warehouse before moving into the Digital Sales Center. These roles gave him a strong foundation in insurance and prepared him for his transition into a full-time commercial role in Arizona, where he quickly established himself as a valuable resource for local businesses. 

Since stepping into this role, Tommy has built a reputation for forming genuine, lasting relationships with business owners across the Phoenix metro area. Known for his “old soul” approach, he believes in meeting clients in person, shaking hands, and building trust face-to-face. He takes pride in acting as a consultant rather than a salesperson, helping business owners navigate the complexities of commercial insurance while always keeping their best interests at the forefront. 

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys basketball, hiking, reading, traveling abroad, and discovering local favorites like Camelback Mountain and TJ’s Homestyle Restaurant. With deep Arizona roots and a passion for helping others, Tommy continues to grow his career by supporting the success of local businesses while looking forward to starting a family with Savannah in the future.
