We have owned our KOA for seven years and have used Leavitt for all of our insurance needs every single year and have no plans to change.
Communication is key and Chris and the team are always there whether it is for information, an explanation, or just to chat about a potential issue. We filed our first claim in 2020 and the process was seamless from start to finish. These folks are the real deal when it comes to insurance.Jason Tubb
Travelers Rest KOA
Chris Hipple and Leavitt Recreation have been handling my campground insurance needs since I bought Rush No More RV Resort and Cabins 11 years ago.
They have been great to work with and have been prompt in answering any questions I may have. They also oversaw the processing of my claim after I suffered extensive hail damage. It’s a pleasure to work with all the staff in their office. I would highly recommend Chris and Leavitt for all your insurance business.Edward C. Miller

Chris has spent time with attorneys and industry professionals reviewing the exposures facing today’s outdoor businesses as well as the coverages, and limitations, provided by the current offerings of today’s insurance companies. Chris also serves as an educator to both the Kampgrounds of America franchise as well as the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds for their educational curriculum. He often speaks on risk management at these classes. He knows the outdoor industry and will help you navigate the tangled underbrush of the complicated insurance world like a trusted guide!
