Vickie Hill

Vickie is another one of our home-grown team members, having grown up in High Point, North Carolina. When asked what sets her apart from other agents, she cheerfully replied, “My Southern accent…LOL.” And yes, she certainly has one! Clients appreciate her for being down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and always bringing a positive attitude and sunny disposition to every interaction. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, Vickie excels in her role and is a valued part of the team.

She joined Leavitt Group when her previous agency merged with Leavitt and has since found it to be a family-oriented company with strong values—something she truly appreciates.

Vickie has been happily married to her soulmate Dan for nearly 44 years. She is the proud mother of a daughter who works as a registered nurse. The oldest of four siblings, she shares a special bond with her sister Cindi, with whom she enjoys attending rock concerts. In her downtime, Vickie loves binge-watching suspense dramas, listening to great music, and spending time with her many, many cats.

Her favorite places to unwind are the beach and the mountains—both conveniently nearby. With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Vickie believes the key to success is delivering excellent customer service with a smile. She also lives by a simple, timeless motto: “Treat people the way you want to be treated.”
