Below are a few recent ways the agency has given back.

City of Manassas Christmas Parade

In December 2025, Griffin Owens Insurance participated in the City of Manassas Christmas Parade for the first time. The annual event brings thousands of families to Historic Downtown Manassas for a free, community-centered celebration.

Agency team members handed out candy canes to children and recyclable grocery bags to adults while supporting the Sweet Julia Grace Foundation, which provides assistance to children with medical needs. The parade offered a fun way for the agency to connect with the community while supporting a meaningful cause.

Herndon Woman’s Club Fashion Show

For more than 20 years, Griffin Owens Insurance has sponsored the invitations for the annual Herndon Woman’s Club Fashion Show. The November 2025 event benefited Cornerstones, a nonprofit dedicated to helping neighbors navigate and overcome challenging economic circumstances.

The Harraseeket Foundation

Giving back also means investing in the future. Once a month, Diane Griffin Goldberg, co-owner of Griffin Owens Insurance, volunteers with The Harraseeket Foundation at the high school she graduated from in 1985.

The foundation’s “Imagine Their Future” program helps 10th-grade students begin thinking about life after high school by exploring career paths, opportunities, and possibilities. This is especially important for students who may not have access to traditional college options. The program plays a big role in helping students see what is possible and begin planning for what comes next.
