I am pleased to bring nearly 20 years of experience to the insurance industry, focusing on employee benefits and risk analysis aimed at containing healthcare costs while helping employers attract and retain valuable employees.
My career started as an investment broker in Farmington, New Mexico, where I obtained my health and life insurance licenses as an estate planning tool. Upon learning about an opportunity at a local insurance agency to grow their life and health department, my career in insurance and risk management began. During my 20-year tenure, my department experienced steady financial growth, exceeding company sales goals, client retention rates, and customer service metrics.
Throughout my 20 years in the insurance industry, I primarily focused on employee benefits and risk management, and I continued to pursue educational and professional opportunities that have strengthened my knowledge of the industry, products, market trends, and state/federal guidelines. I have life, health, accident, property, casualty, and variable annuity licenses, in addition to Series 7, 63, and 24 brokerage licenses. This collective knowledge has given me the reputation as a trusted advisor.
