Nicole Triplett

When I decided to leave the banking industry to pursue my life and health insurance license, I didn’t have a clear picture of where I would land, but it only took a year to find my Kysar Leavitt family. 

My husband, Chad, and I moved from Illinois to New Mexico in 2009, where we currently reside in Aztec. When we are not working, we enjoy the outdoor amenities the Southwest offers.

I studied human services at the University of Illinois at Springfield, which propelled me to succeed in various roles. Most of my career experience has been working with small, locally owned businesses, providing excellent products with exceptional customer service, and having the honor of serving in the Illinois Army National Guard for eight years. Each opportunity taught me the importance of the relationships we form and our impact on others.

I quickly realized that I did not want to offer the status quo of the benefits world, and my curiosity has led me to level up each day for my clients. I am profoundly dedicated to finding a better way. No opportunity is too small, no road is left undiscovered, and at the end of the day, I don’t want to leave anything on the table.

It is important to me that I leave you better than I found you. Progress over perfection is how I roll.
