Darla Prudhomme

I began my insurance career in 1975 as a personal insurance account manager, then moved into commercial insurance. Along the way, I earned the following insurance designations: Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR).

With over 40 years of experience and a keen attention to detail, I make sure my clients feel confident their insurance needs are being well taken care of by someone who cares about them. I’m an effective public speaker, a published author, a team player, and a very organized person who loves helping people whenever I can.

I’m a member (and former board member) of the Houston Blues Society, a non-profit organization that promotes the Blues music genre, helps Blues musicians with financial needs, promotes Blues music in schools, and offers scholarships to graduating high school students who want to pursue music in their academia.

I was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, but spent the majority of my school years in Houston, Texas. I have three children and five grandchildren whom I adore. In my free time I enjoy listening to live music as often as I can, gardening (both vegetables and flowers), and DIY projects.
