Given the current condition of the general insurance industry, everyone should be looking for some glimmer of light. Many areas of the industry (particularly medical, auto, and home) are charging premiums that are unsustainable. Through all of the frustration, you should be able to at least receive premium customer service. I can share that Kurtin Insurance & Financial Services offers that. Specifically Mr. Darren Hymel offered not only knowledgeable insurance 'insight' but offered what's missing today in the world of customer service. He was patient, communicative, and presented the best overall commercial policy my church looked for. While the market is high, it's hard to put a price tag on great service. Kurtin Insurance had served me for YEARS with personal auto & home insurance and now commercial. The same service I came to expect then, is the same service I received now.
