About Ami
Ami Edwards began working in the insurance industry in 1992 and is currently a claims manager at Risk Services of Louisiana. She has a wide range of experience, working as a customer service representative, account manager, producer, field adjuster, and senior territory sales manager. Additionally, Ami has extensive experience in sales and job placement, and has worked as a director of both business development and human resources. Ami is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and is a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals and Louisiana Claims Association. She also serves as treasurer of the Insurance Professionals of Shreveport/Bossier. Ami is a proud mom of a son and a daughter and a very proud Mimi to her grandson, Wyatt. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, and soaking up the sun.
