About Addie
My passion is providing comprehensive business planning services and top-notch employee benefit programs to small, mid-sized, and large companies. Integrity and dedication are the foundation on which I have built my excellent client relationships. In addition to being an experienced employee benefits broker, I am a licensed health coach, CrossFit-certified coach, and fitness instructor.
I am actively involved with several groups in my community, including the Sioux Falls Chamber, Sioux Falls Sales and Marketing Executives (SME), Horse Power, and Rodeo Bible Camp. I received SME’s Women of Excellence award in 2022 and was an EmBe Tribute to Women nominee.
I grew up in Pierre, South Dakota, and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I am mom to five two-legged kids (four sons and one daughter), and five four-legged kids (three horses, one mini mule, and one dog).
